Shipping Coverage 

We currently offer shipping services across India. At this time, we do not support international deliveries, and our shipping operations are restricted to domestic locations. 

Order Processing Time 

  • Once an order is placed successfully, processing begins within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
  • A confirmation email containing order details will be sent to your registered email address once the processing phase is initiated. 

Estimated Delivery Timeframe 

  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the courier service’s availability. 
  • External factors such as weather disruptions, operational issues, or high-demand periods may occasionally impact delivery schedules. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package: 

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two additional times. 
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. 
  • Customers can request a re-shipment, which may be subject to additional delivery charges. 

Handling Lost or Damaged Packages 

  • If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos as proof. 
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will work closely with our courier partners to investigate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. 

Shipping Restrictions 

Some items may have specific shipping requirements due to size, weight, or fragility. Any applicable shipping limitations will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
